William and Catherine, Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have landed in the nation's capital to begin their tour of Canada! They're expecting as many as 500,000 to congregate downtown tomorrow for Canada Day celebrations so my aversion to crowds means I'll watch comfortably from my living room instead!

They're here! I am more excited than I thought I would be. They look very happy but they are going to be exhausted if they carry on at this pace. I will also watch on TV as we head to the cottage tomorrow. I really liked her dress which is apparently a Canadian design (according to CBC).
