The New World is in my top 5 favorite movies of all time. It's incredible. I don't know how it didn't wreck the Oscars the year it came out. It's so amazing.

ReplyDeleteGreat to hear! I just bought the DVD last week based on hearing good reviews from friends.
Funny how some movies get noticed and others don't. I know I was so disappointed that 1492 didn't win best soundtrack the year it came out since I was mesmerized by it.
After your high praise, I'm even more keen to watch The New World!
Excellent, thank you.
