I was thinking maybe an older BBC adaptation of an Oscar Wilde play (like The Importance of Being Earnest 1985) but I don't think it is. It's a lovely photo!

Old-Fashioned Charm
I think she looks like a young Nicole Kidman (pre botox ;) ). Its been forever since I've seen them, but maybe Far and Away, Portrait of a Lady, or even one of her early Australian works?
